After purchasing, packs are automatically added to your account. Open HUDHero, go to Settings → My Packs, and enable the ones you want to use.
Make sure HUDHero is running and you've mapped at least one trigger button. Effects only fire on mapped UI elements, not every click.
HUDHero works with most Windows applications. Some apps with anti-cheat or DRM may block overlays for security reasons.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded the pack. Contact support with your order details.
Just log in with the same account on your new computer. Your purchases are tied to your account, not your device.
